Undergraduate Program
The Bachelor degrees offered at the School of Business and Management at The Episcopal University area four-year programs of full-time study. The programs provide business education based on integrity and Christian values that will produce honest, innovative and self-reliant individuals. Graduates of these BA degrees will have a high level of competence and employability in the Business and Management profession with potential for greater personal development. The BA qualifications enable students to develop a holistic view of business administration that enhances their awareness of social, economic, political, and technological issues affecting individuals and corporates. There will be opportunities to practice and acquire interpersonal, ethical, intellectual, analytical, problem-solving, leadership and entrepreneurial skills within the context of a diverse and multi-cultural world.
Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance
prepares graduates with professional knowledge and ethical skills in accounting, finance, auditing, taxation and financial management for careers in the public and private sectors.
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
develops competent, innovative and ethical business leaders that are equipped with managerial, entrepreneurial and strategic decision-making skills.
Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration
prepares graduates with the knowledge and leadership skills required for effective governance, public policy and efficient public service delivery.
Bachelor of Science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
equips graduates with professional competencies in procurement, logistics and supply chain management to enhance organizational efficiency and accountability.

Dr James Mawir
Dr. James Mawir Mou is an accomplished South Sudanese scholar, academic administrator and higher education official who is serving as the Dean of the School of Business and Management at The Episcopal University, South Sudan. Dr. Mawir has extensive experience in university teaching, research, and academic leadership and has played key role in advancing academic excellence, curriculum development, quality assurance and strategic institutional growth.
