New Schools
New School of Education:
TEU is working towards opening a School of Education in 2024-25 that will offer students qualifications in primary school education in Juba and in Kajo Keji and Wau.
New School of Business Studies:
TEU is working towards opening a School of Business Studies in 2024-25 that will offer students a variety of programmes and qualifications in Juba and in Kajo Keji and Wau.
New Rokon Campus
New central site for TEU In Rokon:
The community of Rokon has donated a large site near Rokon for the purpose of building a central campus for TEU. This will house the university’s administration buildings as well as a School for Peace Studies, student accommodation and other Schools. The site has been surveyed and a phased masterplan for its construction has been produced in partnership with Engineering Ministries International.
The main gate and perimeter fence are currently under construction. TEU is seeking funds to move forward with Phase One of the master plan.
Site development
Development of Bishop Gwynne Campus in Juba: TEU’s campus in the capital city of South Sudan has recently been expanded and is under development in partnership with Engineering Ministries International and Anglican Aid. The construction of a new educational block is in the planning stage.
Campuses
Consolidating the affiliation of colleges in Kajo Keji, Maridi and Wau: TEU is in the process of working alongside Chaima Christian Institute Maridi, Kajo Keji Christian College and St John’s College of Theology and Development to streamline curriculums and to open new Schools of Education and of Business Studies on these sites.
Teaching, learning and online access
TEU is working with partners to provide access to the internet for all students and teachers across its campuses – and to strengthen approaches to effective teaching and learning both in the classroom and online.
